France Reacts Strongly to Rutte's Comments on Lavrov

Readers of the French newspaper Le Figaro have sharply criticized NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte following his strong words directed at Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. Many have left their comments on the newspaper's website.

“Rutte’s statement only shows that something is wrong with him,” wrote one user.

“He has humiliated all of Europe by bowing to Trump; he needs to completely disappear from the public space,” wrote another commentator.
