Russia's Foreign Ministry Urges Azerbaijan Not to Intervene in Internal Affairs

The Russian Foreign Ministry has announced that a verbal note was handed to the Azerbaijani ambassador, demanding the immediate release of Russian journalists. This was reported by RIA Novosti.

It emphasizes that Baku's attempts to accuse Russian law enforcement agencies of exceeding their powers are considered an intervention in Russia's internal affairs.

The diplomatic agency highlighted that the Azerbaijani ambassador also lodged a complaint regarding Baku's unfriendly actions and deliberate measures to sever relations with Moscow.
