Detention Measures Against Sputnik Azerbaijan Journalists Revealed

The Baku court has chosen a detention measure of 4 months for Igor Kartavich, the director of Sputnik Azerbaijan, and chief editor Yevgeny Belousov.

It should be noted that the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan has initiated a criminal case against Sputnik Azerbaijan, and several arrests have been made. As a result of operational and investigative measures conducted at the news agency's office in Baku, 7 people have been detained.

Earlier, Moscow considered Baku's actions to be hostile.
