Bagrat Srbezhan Charged with Preparing Terrorism and Seizing Power

Bagrat Srbezhan has been charged with preparing terrorism, inciting mass unrest, and seizing power, according to lawyer Sergey Harutyunyan in a conversation with reporters, suggesting that a motion for Srbezhan's arrest may be submitted.

“I saw one of the photos published by the Investigative Committee, where a weapon is visible, along with its documentation. It is clear that it belongs to someone who, for example, has a permit for that weapon,” he stated.

Sergey Harutyunyan noted that no weapons or ammunition were found during the search conducted at Bagrat Srbezhan's home.
