Ararat Mirzoyan and Araqchi Discuss Bilateral Relations

Ararat Mirzoyan and Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi held a phone conversation to discuss bilateral relations and regional developments.

During the call, the ministers exchanged views on the latest situation regarding bilateral relations and regional developments following the cessation of military aggression against Iran by Israel and the United States. Araqchi strongly condemned the actions of the United States and the Zionist regime in attacking Iran, noting that, "The Islamic Republic of Iran firmly defends its right to compensation in international organizations."

In the course of this phone discussion, Araqchi expressed gratitude to the Armenian government for its position and highly appreciated the efforts and assistance of the Armenian government in helping Iranian citizens with consular matters during the twelve-day war imposed on the country.
