High Fire Danger Expected in Ararat Province
The Ministry of Environment's Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center warns that on June 30 and July 1, a high fire danger situation is expected in Ararat Province.
"Dear citizens, to avoid possible fires and their unpredictable consequences, we urge you to strictly adhere to fire safety regulations. We remind you that in forest areas it is prohibited to: light a fire, throw burning matches or cigarette remnants, leave rags soaked in oils or gasoline, refuel vehicles while operating internal combustion engines, and smoke near refueling vehicles. Fires are only allowed in designated areas and should be fully extinguished afterward," the statement reads.
