Russia Launches Massive Attack on Ukraine

During the night, Russia launched a massive attack on Ukraine using drones, ballistic and cruise missiles. According to Ukrainian monitoring resources, more than 450 drones and around 40 missiles were fired into Ukrainian territory.

During the night assault, 60 missiles were launched into Ukraine, of which 38 were intercepted, as reported by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. There was also a recorded launch of 477 drones. Strikes were recorded in six locations, with debris falling in eight areas. The most intense strikes were reported in the Lviv region, Zaporizhzhia region, Cherkasy region, Kryvyi Rih, Mykolaiv, and Donbas.

In Zaporizhzhia and Kryvyi Rih, industrial enterprises were damaged, while there were six reported casualties in Cherkasy. Explosions were also heard in Burshchyn and the Ivano-Frankivsk region.
