Lavrov Outlines Steps to Resolve Ukraine Conflict

Russia is convinced that to resolve the conflict in Ukraine, it is necessary to halt the legislative dismantling of all things Russian on the territory of the republic. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov after a meeting with Kyrgyz Foreign Minister Jenbek Kulubaev.

“Equally important is to stop the criminal activities of the Kyiv regime in legislatively dismantling everything Russian, as well as all the rights of Russians and Ukrainian Russian-speaking residents,” Lavrov said.

According to the minister, these rights are guaranteed by the country's constitution but have been legally destroyed at all levels of education, in media, culture, and other areas concerning the Russian language.
