Judge Artush Gabrielyan's Restraining Measure Changed

The court has changed the restraining measure for Judge Artush Gabrielyan. He is now subject to house arrest. This was reported by his lawyer, Erik Aleksanyan.

“Judge Artush Gabrielyan has been released from custody. He is now under house arrest,” stated Aleksanyan.

It is noteworthy that the Anti-Corruption Committee was conducting investigative actions regarding Judge Artush Gabrielyan at the Shengavit branch of the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction. Earlier, it was reported that Judge Gabrielyan had been detained.
