Archbishop Ajapahyan Moves on Foot from Mother Cathedral to Yerevan

At this moment, Archbishop Mikael Ajapahyan is walking to Yerevan, specifically to the Investigative Committee.

The situation briefly escalated between the clergy and the people. The crowd was preventing Archbishop Ajapahyan from leaving the Mother Cathedral.

It is important to note that law enforcement had previously visited the Mother Cathedral. Lawyer Mihran Poghosyan had reported earlier that in the morning, about 30 masked individuals had stormed the Shirak Diocese headquarters.

Additionally, a criminal case has been initiated against Archbishop Mikael Ajapahyan of the Shirak Diocese.
