Trump 'Swears' No Threat from Russia

U.S. President Donald Trump has stated that Russia will not attack NATO countries as long as he remains in the White House. This was reported by The Washington Post, citing sources.

According to them, during the main session of the NATO summit held in The Hague, Trump 'swore' that there would be no threat from Russia, and welcomed the alliance's countries' efforts to increase defense spending.

In addition, sources from the newspaper noted that leaders of European NATO countries praised the American leader for urging them to increase their military expenditures, while some valued the U.S. Air Force's airstrikes on Iran's nuclear facilities.

It is worth mentioning that on June 19, during a meeting organized by TASS with heads of leading global news agencies, Russian President Vladimir Putin called the claims that Russia is preparing to attack Europe and NATO countries absurd.
