Ilham Aliyev's Message to the President of Iran

The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has congratulated Masoud Pezeshkian on the conclusion of a ceasefire agreement between Iran and Israel. Azerbaijani media report this news.

"Peace and tranquility in the region are crucial conditions, and therefore I congratulate you on the end of the conflict and the signing of the ceasefire agreement," stated the Azerbaijani president.

Additionally, a phone call took place between the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, and the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Masoud Pezeshkian. During the conversation, the Iranian president raised the issue of Azerbaijan's use of its airspace to launch attacks on Iran.
