The Time for Retribution Has Come: Avinyan

The latest attempt at a coup against the Republic of Armenia is no longer news. This was stated by Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan.

“It is almost always the same groups, with the same careless handwriting, this time also under the guise of the church, with the same cunning and the same disdain for the people, calling them fools, cattle, and beasts. Unable to come to terms with their defeat since November 10, 2020, and during the following years, they are still trying to exploit the complicated security situation in the country and stab us in the back. And most importantly, they have mistakenly confused our patience and restraint with weakness, but once again they were wrong.

The games with the state and citizens' safety are over; the time for retribution has come. And no external power center will save you anymore,” Avinyan said.
