The Armenia parliamentary group has issued a statement. "The current authorities have crossed all boundaries of law and morality. They have launched hostile attacks on all pillars of statehood—the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, the army, the church, and the diaspora. They have surrendered Artsakh. With a treacherous strategy, they are attempting to silence the centers of national resistance.

By concealing their criminal behavior and diverting public attention from the threats to Armenian statehood, Nikol Pashinyan is openly perpetrating terrorism against the Armenian people. Illegal arrests, searches, and detentions of individuals continue according to the laws of tyranny. Fabricated charges are presented, and all means of psychological terror are employed, accompanied by artificially constructed descriptions of 'preparation of crimes.' The acts attributed to national opposition figures and their supporters can be propagated by the forces of evil against every member of the Armenian nation, both within the Republic of Armenia and the worldwide Armenian community who are concerned about their homeland.

In such circumstances, it is the duty of all dignified children of the Armenian people to unite and prevent the principal threat to Armenian statehood—further actions by the current authorities of Armenia. The main issue of the day is to prevent the final subjugation of Armenia, to remove these individuals from power, to hold them accountable, and to restore the dignity of the country and the Armenian people.
