I Don't Want to Be the First to Share Bad News: Mamijanyan
“What is happening now is typical of all authoritarian countries. The MP from Artsakh, Davit Galstyan, has also been summoned by the National Security Service. I don’t want to be the first to announce bad news, but according to my information, a detention will be applied against Bishop Bagrat, as well as against other participants in the struggle. I don’t rule out anything in ‘Nikol's Armenia,’” said Hayk Mamijanyan, the leader of the ‘Honorary’ faction, in a conversation with reporters.
Mamijanyan noted, “I do not rule out that they will try to detain all patriots, but there are not enough prisons in Armenia to hold that many patriots,” adding in response to journalists' inquiries about the possibility of detaining Serzh Sargsyan and Robert Kocharyan.
It is noteworthy that masked individuals detained Bishop Bagrat.
