Putin noted that the current international situation is changing dynamically, and the situation in the Middle East has sharply deteriorated. According to him, NATO is provoking global militarization and an arms race. "Russia's enemies continue to supply Kyiv with weapons and money, primarily as direct participants in the conflict. Russia will take adequate measures to strengthen security and develop its armed forces," stated the Russian President.

The President claimed that forces from beyond the region are becoming involved in the Middle Eastern conflict.
