I Do Not Rule Out Any Action by the President: Rubio
The United States is not ruling out a military response if Iran threatens the freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz. This was stated by Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
“I do not rule out any action by the president. That is not what we are prepared to discuss as an unavoidable scenario, but if Iran decides to close the strait, the first to be upset would be the Chinese, as they depend on the oil that passes through there,” he said.
