Israel Announces the Deaths of Commanders
Israel has announced that two commanders of the IRGC's elite unit were killed as a result of overnight strikes. Here is what is known about them.
In Iran, the Al-Quds Force is referred to as the IRGC's offshore unit. It was established in 1983, shortly after the Islamic Revolution.
The unit is responsible for maintaining ties with Hamas and Hezbollah.
