Resumption of Armenian Cognac-Laden Truck Clearances

The State Revenue Committee has announced that the issue regarding the temporary suspension of Armenian truck crossings at the Armenian-Georgian border, due to congestion at the customs authorities in Georgia, has been resolved.

This specifically pertains to the accumulation of trucks loaded with Armenian bottled cognac.

The SRC reports that as a result of the regulation of the capacity of Georgian customs authorities, the clearance of trucks loaded with Armenian bottled cognac from customs warehouses in Armenia has been organized since June 18, and as of June 19, 33 trucks have already been cleared.
