A Man Accused of Espionage Has Been Executed in Iran
A man accused of espionage for the Israeli intelligence agency Mossad has been executed in Iran, according to Mizan news agency.
"The man, arrested and convicted for espionage for the Zionist regime, was executed this morning following the completion of the criminal justice process and the confirmation of his sentence by the Supreme Court," the statement said.
According to the publication, the convicted individual, Ismail Fakhrin, was detained in the winter of 2023-2024 for transferring confidential information about Iran. He had maintained contact with two Israeli intelligence agents and received assignments from them.
Earlier, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran stated that operations against Israel would continue until its complete destruction. According to military officials, future operations will be more devastating, brutal, precise, and destructive than previous ones.
