The threat of nuclear conflict is quite real, despite the fact that no one needs such a scenario. This was stated by Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of Russia's Security Council.

He made this announcement against the backdrop of the Israel Defense Forces' launch of a large-scale operation. "I am often accused of inciting nuclear hysteria. Well, get it. When I write about nuclear conflict, it's not just for show. It is real. And it is happening quickly. No one needs this," wrote Medvedev.
