Secretary of the Security Council on Azerbaijan's Response

Azerbaijan has not yet responded to the materials provided by Armenia regarding the violations of the ceasefire, Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan said to reporters during the APRI-2025 conference.

According to him, one of the possible purposes of the shooting from Azerbaijani positions in the border villages could be to divert the international community's attention from the successes achieved in the peace treaty negotiations.
