Azerbaijan's Response to the Israel-Iran Conflict

We are seriously concerned about the military operations carried out by the state of Israel against the territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This is stated in a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan regarding the Israel-Iran conflict, as reported by Azerbaijani media.

"We urge the parties to resolve the existing disagreements solely through dialogue and diplomatic means, in accordance with the norms and principles of international law," the message reads.

We particularly emphasize the importance of ensuring the safety of civilians and facilities.

"It is crucial to continue communication through diplomatic channels and efforts within the framework of relevant international mechanisms to prevent further escalation of the situation in the Middle East," the statement concludes.
