Rain, Thunderstorms, and Hail Expected in Armenia

Short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected in several regions of the Republic of Armenia after noon on June 12-13, and during the night and after noon on June 14-16, with a possibility of hail. The night of June 12-13 is expected to remain precipitation-free.

This information was reported by the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center.

It is noted that during thunderstorms, wind speed is expected to increase to 18-22 m/s.

The air temperature is anticipated to gradually rise by 3-5 degrees from June 12-13.

In Yerevan, the nights of June 12-14 are expected to be precipitation-free. Short-term rain and thunderstorms may occur on the evenings of June 12-14 and the nights and evenings of June 15-16, with wind speeds of 15-18 m/s during thunderstorms.

The temperature in the capital on June 12 will be 30-32 degrees during the day, while in the evening, it will range from +24 to +26 degrees.
