“Rubio's congratulations on Russia Day demonstrate that the current US administration is in favor of resolving issues through dialogue. And although there are still a large number of disagreements between our countries, which have always existed and will always exist, the current US administration is still in favor of dialogue and solving the most complex issues through discussions. This aligns with our approach,” added the Kremlin representative.
