Strawberry Moon in the Sky of Several Countries Around the World

On the evening of June 10, residents of several countries around the world were able to see the "Strawberry Moon" in the sky. This name is associated with the traditions of North American Indigenous peoples, for whom such a full moon marks the beginning of the strawberry harvesting season.

When the moon rises above the horizon, it takes on warm pink-orange hues. This phenomenon occurs due to the refraction and scattering of light in the Earth's atmosphere.
