Multiple Flights Canceled from Yerevan to Certain Cities
Against the backdrop of heightened tensions following Israel's airstrikes on Iran, the "FlyOne" airline has canceled its Tel Aviv-Yerevan-Tel Aviv flights, reports Sputnik.
Due to the escalating conflict between Iran and Israel, the United Arab Emirates has canceled or delayed several flights and altered air routes. Currently, canceled flights include the Dubai-Yerevan-Dubai service operated by "Fly Dubai" and the Abu Dhabi-Yerevan-Abu Dhabi service by Wizz Air.
According to the website of Zvartnots International Airport, as of now, Armenia Airways' Tehran-Yerevan-Tehran flight has also been postponed. Airspace over Iran, Israel, Iraq, Syria, and Jordan is closed.
It should be noted that on the night of June 13, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) began a large-scale operation called "Lion's Ascend," during which the Air Force is targeting military sites and facilities related to Iran's nuclear program.
