Production of Two Salad Varieties from 'Tashir Pizza' Suspended

Inspectors from the Food Safety Inspection Body of Armenia conducted an inspection at the public catering establishment owned by 'PIZZA TASHIR' LLC (Yerevan, Erebuni 17/1), during which they took samples of product types and submitted them for laboratory analysis.

According to the results of the laboratory examination, samples of the 'Caesar Salad' and 'City Salad' did not meet the regulatory requirements based on indicators for mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic bacteria (MAFAnMK) and the group of Enterobacteriaceae (E. coli) bacteria (ATCM).

The production activity of the public catering establishment concerning these salads has been suspended.
