I Alone Must Discuss This Personally with Putin: Zelensky

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has stated that the Ukrainian delegation negotiating with Russia in Istanbul does not have the authority to discuss potential territorial changes within the framework of a possible peace agreement. According to him, only he can negotiate on matters concerning territories, and he will only do so directly with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

"I will not discuss my position on this issue with others," Zelensky said.
