Court Lifts Ban on Serzh Sargsyan's Absence from the Country
The court has lifted the ban on Armenia's third President Serzh Sargsyan from leaving the country, instead applying a bail of 5 million drams. This was reported by 24news.am.
In a conversation with journalists, Serzh Sargsyan noted that this criminal case is yet another manifestation of legal trickery and human tragedy. The new charges presented against him relate to the illegal sale of land plots adjacent to Isakov Avenue and the Yerablur Pantheon in Yerevan.
