Car Falls from Bridge onto Railway Tracks; One Injured

On June 10, at 00:20, the Emergency Management National Center received information that a vehicle had veered off the road on the Yerevan-Abovyan highway and fallen into a nearby ravine, with one injury reported.

A team from the fire and rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in Yerevan was dispatched to the scene. It was determined that an 'Infiniti' vehicle had gone off the road and fallen from a bridge onto the railway tracks.

Before the rescuers arrived, the driver was extricated from the vehicle. The rescuers disconnected the car's battery, shut off the gas tank valve, assisted the driver from the ravine, and brought him to an ambulance, where he was transported to a medical center.
