Baku Court Again Rejects Ruben Vardanyan's Requests
The Baku court has once again rejected the motions of the former Prime Minister of Artsakh, Ruben Vardanyan. This has been reported by Azerbaijani media.
According to reports, the first motion concerned providing a copy of the accusatory conclusion to Vardanyan's family. The former Prime Minister of Artsakh submitted another request for an examination to verify the accuracy of the translation of his criminal case into Russian. This motion was also rejected.
The next session has been scheduled for June 17.
It is worth reminding that the trial concerning the former military-political leaders of Artsakh has been underway in Azerbaijan since January 17. Among the defendants are former Presidents Arkadi Ghukasyan, Bako Sahakyan, Arayik Harutyunyan, former Defense Army Commander Levon Mnatsakanyan, former Foreign Minister Davit Babayan, and others.
