Arzvik Minasian Unaware of Proceedings Initiated Against Him

The Secretary of the Armenia National Assembly's "Hayastan" faction, Arzvik Minasian, was unaware that proceedings had been initiated against him. This was reported by "Pastinfo".

According to the media outlet, while various hints had been made regarding Seyran Ohanian and it was expected that new prosecution would be pursued against him, Arzvik Minasian's situation was unexpected.

Information indicates that until now, Arzvik Minasian had been acting as a victim, as law enforcement had used violence against him in the presence of cameras on May 18, 2022. However, over the past years, attempts were made to cover up this incident, and those responsible were not held accountable, which the deputy has been persistently fighting against.

It should be reminded that the Prosecutor General of Armenia has addressed the Speaker of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, requesting permission for a criminal case to be initiated against the leader of the "Hayastan" faction, Seyran Ohanian, and the Secretary of the same faction, Arzvik Minasian.
