Ukraine and Russia to Exchange Bodies of the Fallen: Date Announced

The exchange of bodies of the fallen between Ukraine and Russia is scheduled for next week. This was announced by Kyrylo Budanov, head of Ukraine's Main Intelligence Directorate.

According to him, Ukraine is facing information pressure from Russia and attempts to unilaterally dictate the parameters of the exchange process. He emphasized that the issue of exchange should not be a unilateral decision, and any pressure and manipulation in this regard is unacceptable. 'Particularly cynical are the attempts by certain Russian propagandists to exploit the human grief in which they are involved...'

Budanov also noted that Ukraine’s coordinating headquarters is working on organizing the exchange based on agreements reached in Istanbul.
