Russia Fully Prepared to Implement Istanbul Agreements

The Russian side is fully prepared to implement the Istanbul agreements, ready to hand over the bodies of all soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to Kyiv and conduct exchanges in accordance with the established formula. This was announced by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

“I confirm that we are fully prepared to implement the agreements reached in Istanbul. We are ready to hand over all the bodies, as well as to carry out the exchange of prisoners of war in accordance with the established formula,” said the representative of the Russian negotiating team, Lieutenant General Alexander Zorin.
