Georgia Bans Import of Large Shipment of Flowers from Armenia

Georgia has banned the import of a large shipment of flowers from Armenia. This was reported by the Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia.

A batch of 10,000 flowers was halted by employees at the Sadakhlo checkpoint. During the border control procedures, it was discovered that the flowers did not meet phytosanitary standards.
