Rain Expected with Winds and Thunderstorms

A significant part of the regions of the Republic of Armenia is expected to experience short-term rain and thunderstorms today, with the possibility of hail in some areas. In isolated regions, the rain may be heavy. Tomorrow, conditions are expected to be without precipitation. This information is provided by the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center of the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations.

According to the report, the wind will blow from the southwest at a speed of 2-5 m/s, with a gusty wind of 18-22 m/s expected during thunderstorms. The air temperature will continue to decrease today, while from June 5 to 8, it is expected to gradually rise by 5-6 degrees.

In Yerevan, short-term rain and thunderstorms are also expected today, with wind gusts of 15-18 m/s during the thunderstorms. On June 5, and on the 7th and 8th, dry weather is anticipated.
