Kim Jong Un Promises Unconditional Support to Russia
The leader of North Korea, Kim Jong Un, has announced that the Korean government will continue to offer unconditional support to Moscow regarding the Ukraine conflict. This was reported by the Korean Central News Agency.
“Comrade Kim Jong Un assured that the DPRK government will continue to unconditionally support Russia's positions and foreign policy on all serious international political issues, primarily concerning Ukraine, and will responsibly adhere to the articles of the Korea-Russia intergovernmental agreement,” the publication stated.
During the meeting, the issue of further strengthening cooperation and strategic partnership between Russia and the DPRK was also raised. The agency specified that the two countries' views on the developments in the Ukraine conflict fully align, and Kim Jong Un expressed hope and confidence regarding Russia’s inevitable victory in protecting the interests of state sovereignty and security.
