Criminal Case Launched Against Abducted Armenian Man
A criminal case has been initiated against Arak Shchepikhin, an Armenian blogger abducted at the Yaroslavl Station, under Article 282 for 'inciting hatred or hostility'. He faces up to 6 years in prison.
He is currently being interrogated by the investigative committee in the capital.
Arak is also accused of making public calls for extremist activities (Article 280 of the Russian Criminal Code).
