New Driver's License Issuance System Announced by the Ministry of Internal Affairs

In order to improve the quality of public service delivery and regulate queues, the registration-examination services system has been modified. The newly implemented hybrid system will allow citizens to be served both in person, in a live queue format, and by pre-booking their appointment for a specific date and time. This information has been provided by the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Starting today, the website roadpolice.am has been relaunched. Henceforth, citizens will have the opportunity to book appointments for driver's license qualification exams and vehicle registration operations through both the EarlyOne mobile application and the website.

The system is new and currently in a pilot phase, and it will be systematically improved over time,” the statement adds.
