Finance Minister Not Shocked by Pashinyan's Posts

During a conversation with journalists in the National Assembly, Finance Minister Vahe Hovhannisyan responded to a question about whether he was shocked by Prime Minister Pashinyan's similar posts, saying that he is not shocked.

“I merely say that if certain individuals have taken on spiritual leadership, they should follow certain standards that are established, just like everyone else who, because of their responsibilities, must adhere to specific rules. Here too, the established rules must be maintained,” he stated.

When asked why the urgency of this issue arose in the seventh year of the government, he replied that he could not say. When further questioned about how correct it is for Nikol Pashinyan to post about, for example, a certain Bishop and his relative's intimate relationships, he responded, “I believe that Nikol Pashinyan is free to write on his social networks whatever he deems appropriate.”
