Danger of Truck Overturning, Hanging Towards the Ravine: Details

On June 4 at 17:04, the Crisis Management Center of the Syunik Regional Rescue Department received a report that there had been an accident near the village of Spandaryan, with the risk of a trailer truck overturning.

A firefighting and rescue team from the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene. It was found that a trailer truck, belonging to the Iveco brand, had veered off the traffic area of the Sisian-Spandaryan highway at the 15th km mark, collided with the roadside barrier, and was hanging towards the ravine. Fortunately, there were no casualties.

The rescuers used specialized equipment (a crane) to realign the trailer truck and bring it back onto the roadway.
