The Prime Minister of Poland, Donald Tusk, has announced that he will put the question of confidence in his government to a vote. In his first public address following the release of election results on Sunday, he assured that the government will immediately get to work and present a series of legislative initiatives to restore the government's operational pace.

Tusk noted that the government has a 'contingency plan' and reassured that it will not pause operations at any point, doubling down on efforts for legislative work. 'I want everyone, including our critics both inside and outside the country, to see that we are fully aware of the seriousness of the moment, but we are not going to take a step back,' Tusk stated.
