The Agreements Will Be Implemented: Peskov

The press secretary of the President of Russia, Dmitry Peskov, announced that the decision to publish the draft memorandum regarding Ukraine was made by the assistant to the President of Russia, Vladimir Medinsky, during discussions of the document with the Ukrainian side.

“You saw yesterday the published text of the draft memorandum that we forwarded to the Ukrainian side. It contains many provisions and has a multilateral aspect. We are waiting for feedback on this memorandum,” Peskov said.

According to him, certain agreements were reached in Istanbul. “Certain agreements were reached in Istanbul. They are important... These agreements will be implemented, and further work will continue,” he added.
