South Korea Will Not Go to War Against North Korea

The presidential candidate of South Korea, Lee Jae-myung, a member of the left-leaning Democratic Party, has promised to establish peace on the Korean Peninsula through dialogue with North Korea, reports RIA Novosti.

"The best strategy is victory without war," explained the presidential candidate. Earlier, East Asian expert and professor at Seoul's Kunkuk University, Andrei Lankov, stated that Lee Jae-myung's victory in South Korea's early presidential elections would lead to warming relations with Russia.
