Russia Announces Risk of Negotiation Failure with Ukraine

In Istanbul, Russia announced that there is a "risk of negotiation failure" with Ukraine. This was reported by RBC Ukraine, citing a member of the Ukrainian delegation.

According to him, Moscow stated that the negotiations could fail if Kyiv attacks airports again.

Additionally, following the talks in Istanbul, Andrei Yermak, the head of Zelensky's office, called for new sanctions to be imposed against Russia.
