Fire in Masis City: One Injured

On June 2, at 03:35, the Crisis Management Center of the Ararat Regional Rescue Department received a call reporting a house fire in the 2nd district of Masis city. Two fire and rescue teams from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were dispatched to the scene.

It was discovered that the fire had broken out on the first floor of a two-story house on Shiraz Street in the New District. The fire was contained by 03:55 and extinguished by 04:30. The living room (approximately 20 square meters with furnishings) was burned, and the restroom door along with two second-floor windows were partially scorched and damaged. One citizen was hospitalized at a medical center.

The firefighters managed to prevent the spread of the fire to the second floor.
