Azerbaijan's Goal is to Invade Armenia: Ann-Laurence Petel

The Armenians of Syunik face Azerbaijani aggression every day. This was stated by Ann-Laurence Petel, the leader of the France-Armenia Friendship Group in the French National Assembly, on X social media platform.

She commented on one of the Ministry of Defense's publications regarding the shelling of the village of Khiznavar by Azerbaijani armed forces. "Firing at civilian residents. Armenians in Syunik confront this Azerbaijani aggression every day. Azerbaijan's goal is to instill a permanent fear of death to force the population to flee and... invade Armenia," the parliamentarian noted.

She added, "Kaja Kallas, Von der Leyen, Aliyev is your 'reliable partner.'"
