We Have the Opportunity to Reach an Agreement: Trump

The United States and Iran are close to reaching an agreement on the Iranian nuclear program. This was announced by U.S. President Donald Trump.

“I believe we have the opportunity to reach an agreement with Iran. They do not want to be bombed; they would prefer to sign a deal. I think this can happen in the not-too-distant future, and it would be a wonderful thing if we could reach an agreement without bombing the entire Middle East,” Trump stated.

“We want them to be safe; we want them to have a successful country, but they cannot have nuclear weapons. It’s that simple. I think we are quite close to signing an agreement with Iran,” he added.
