U.S. President Donald Trump is reportedly displeased with Russian President Vladimir Putin. This claim has been made by sources from Reuters.

“According to sources, his dissatisfaction with Putin is genuine and becoming more serious,” the publication asserts.

At the same time, Trump has indicated that tightening sanctions against Russia could undermine dialogue regarding the resolution of the Ukrainian conflict; thus, he does not wish to increase restrictions for the time being.

Previously, an anonymous representative of the U.S. administration noted in an interview with Politico that Putin is dangerously close to dismantling the “golden bridge” offered by Trump to restore relations.
